  Horoble customer cervice . I never been treated in any Ross store by any Ross employees like in this store at Golf coast . I purchased 4 items around 9.30 p.m at Ross store on 41 st. Three tops and unexpensive perfume Passion for old lady my neighbor. I did not try the tops because I know my size but when tried at home the lace of one of the blouses was very uncomphortable and itchy I decided to return it together with the perfume because I bought wrong passion.
  On a way to work at 10 a.m I stopped at Golf coast (because this location is closer to my job)
  The clerk name Kathryn told me that she has to ask Corina the manager on duties if she has to take the perfume . Then Corina came and WITHOUT to LOOK at the bottle told me that it is a half size down .The bottle is full and I lifted to the lights to show her but she ignored me. She told me to go and return it where I purchased it. And I will. But not only that . Karhryn threw my bag in my face . She did not want to return the blouse too.
  I can not bealive it. For less than 24 hours return to a customer was redgected. As I said purchase was made 9.30 p.m .,tried to return it at 10 a.m I asked Corina to return it she said that if Kathryn redgectet she will not take it also.
  This two behaved like this is their own store . And they are very wrong because customers are supporting their salaries and my family spend a lot of money at Ross.
  I asked to speak with the general manager Corina told me that she is the general manager which I thing is a lie .
  I am very dissapointed upset with the low class service . This is unacceptable and outrageous.
  I hope Ross manager to work with his employees and do a better selection hiring the right people for this positions.
