  Dear Ms. Lily Z, just wanted to step in and reply really quick to your comment. Our service level is very high in the office and my team makes sure we take care of our clients and nothing less then " excellent service " is acceptable ...having said that I read you mentioned about calling the office and no one getting back to you? I'm very confused because there are times when our call volume is so high that all of us are on the phone and in that case it directly goes to the 1 -800 number and they take your call and even if you call after hours you get directed to 800 number and you get to talk to a live service person. And also you mentioned someone said they will call you back and didn't? I request you to please provide the name of the person you spoke to. I'm very confident in my team and I am sure they did and emailed you as well. Please check your voice mail and your email.

  Since this insurance company changed owners customer service has gone down hill. They say they will call you back and they don't, and they don't seem to care about your concerns. Very disappointing. They lost my business.
